2 eggs


Lemon juice 140g


Sweet zero-calorie sugar 80g


Honey 50g


Light cream 300g


Lemon peel shavings from 1 lemon


Lemon pulp 10g


How to make lemon ice cream:


1. Get all the materials above ready


2. Beat the eggs directly into the pot, add the sugar and stir well


3. Add lemon juice and stir well


4. Heat over low heat, stir continuously until the liquid is thick, and remove from the fire to reduce the temperature


5. Add honey


6. Add light cream and then stir well
