Yellowstone Park, this world of ice and fire, a fantasy world of intertwined teeth, was born in a volcanic eruption nearly two million years ago. 99% of the whole territory is undeveloped, this is a vast and clean pristine natural area, distributed on the highest peak of the Rocky Mountains.

Abundant rainfall makes it the source of many of the great rivers in the United States, and on this open igneous rock plateau with an average height of 8,000 feet, there are geological wonders such as mountains, rock forests, eroded lava flows, and obsidian mountains. May-October is the best time to visit Yellowstone Park every year.

The geothermal spectacle is the symbol of Yellowstone Park. It is a primitive landscape tempered by water and fire. The natural landscape in the park is divided into five areas, each with its own characteristics. It is the most wonderful and spectacular scenery on the face of the earth.

Geyser District - It is full of geysers, hot springs, steam, hot water pools, mud, and fumaroles.

Yellowstone Lake District - lakes and mountains, abundant wildlife.

Canyon District- You can enjoy the Yellowstone Grand Canyon and waterfalls.

Hot Spring District - It is mainly composed of limestone steps, so it is also called the hot step area.

Roosevelt District - The natural landscape of the old west.

1. Geyser District

The west and southwest of Yellowstone Park are geyser districts, which is full of geothermal landscapes such as geysers, hot springs, steam, hot water pools, mud, and fumaroles. The most famous geyser is "Old Faithful".

The Grand Prismatic Hot Spring (also known as the Great Rainbow) is the largest hot spring in the United States and the third largest in the world. It is named "the most beautiful surface of the earth". It is also one of the most colorful hot springs.

Mammoth Hot Springs: It is the world's largest proven carbonate-deposited hot springs. The original multiple hot springs flowed down from the hillside section by section, breeding a lot of bacteria, and becoming a colorful ladder.

But due to the constant movement of the earth's crust, some of the hot springs ceased activity, causing the Mammoth Hot Springs to lose their color and stop the water flow. So what we see are terraces that have been weathered.

2. Yellowstone Lake District

The southeast of Yellowstone Park is the Yellowstone Lake District, which is mainly characterized by lakes and mountains and abundant wild animals.

It's a huge lake, shaped like a thumb. With clear water and beautiful shores, the lake is a typical crater lake and "the largest alpine lake in the United States". Many people like to go boating and fishing here.

3. Canyon District

In the middle of Yellowstone Park is the canyon area, where you can view the Yellowstone Grand Canyon and waterfalls. Because the Yellowstone River runs through the volcanic rocks, the long-term strong erosion causes the gorge walls to be colorful, forming yellow, orange, brown, brown, and other colors, so the Indians call it "Yellowstone".

4. Hot Step District

The Mummers Hot Springs area in the northwest of Yellowstone National Park is the most preferred area during the courtship of the great horned deer. The Menmers hot spring area is mainly composed of limestone steps, so it is also called the hot step area.

5. Roosevelt District

To the northeast of Yellowstone Park is the Roosevelt District, known for its rounded mountains, which retain the natural landscape of the Old West and the Ban Rick Trail carved by the ancient Indians.

6. Yellowstone Cabins

When traveling to Yellowstone National Park, the Yellowstone Cabin must be well known. Yellowstone cabins are the accommodation options that many tourists choose when traveling in Yellowstone Park. Because of the large area of Yellowstone Park, it is completely impossible to visit Yellowstone Park in one day.

Surrounded by dense pine forests, the Yellowstone Log Cabin has a quaint appearance and feels as natural and integrated as the landscape here. This place is completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with only the singing of birds in the woods in the morning and the sunshine coming in from the windows.

The traffic around Yellowstone Park is well-developed, and many tourists come from surrounding cities every day. General Yellowstone Park tour groups will arrange more than one day's itinerary, which means that at least one night will be spent in Yellowstone Park.

Many tourists will choose to stay in Yellowstone cabins so the place is often overcrowded. If you want to be able to stay, you have to book in advance. Another point to note is that tourists visiting Yellowstone Park must not be too close to wild animals to avoid being hurt by them.
